Works initially involved plotworks (driveways, drainage, slabbing, soiling and turfing) to 13 plots. Following on from there landscaping was required to the entire site, including the soiling and seeding of large roadside batters. Works to the existing listed Hospital buildings including drainage, new concrete floors, plotworks and soft landscaping to external areas. Also last phase house foundations work carried out including floors, drainage and plotworks/landscaping to 26 houses, with associated footpaths.

The construction of a 1000 lairs extension to the existing Cemetery. Work carried out involved, hard and soft landscaping, earthworks, drainage, pathway construction, headstone bases, stone walling, steps, turfing and planting.

Works involved the full groundworks package to 5 large detached houses. Works included the construction of 900mm diameter tank sewer with main road connection 4.5m deep, as well as construction of all roads, paths, driveways, house founds floors, drainage with hard/soft landscaping and turfing on completion.
